15% -5 weapons are the most valuable mod types next to 15% no condition, and -5 energy is the least intrusive of the downsides on 15% always weapons.
however, its a reasonably high req, unmodded, and not a perfect 15%, so yeah, 15k seems about right.

/agree with akhilleus about the -5 energy. You can get more than 15k, although it will take quite a bit of effort finding a buyer, so 15k+

Well, I gambled and payed 80k for it. I wasnt quite sure but I do know the -5 energy is the "best" of the unconditionals. Whim buy at 1am lol.

I'll slap a 10/10 furious mod and a +30 fort and get my money back. Thanks guys.

No, 80k for the unconditional - Was already Id'd - Im not even a sword guy. I do know though with over 500 hours, Ive never had an unconditional drop and much less a decent Fell drop (and I spend quite a bit of time in Fissure). It's only 80k - Could be worse
