You could sort of tell that anyway, they never both say stuff at the same time... it's as if Gaile has to move to a different computer to talk as The Frog, or uses different commands "%message" to chat.

ummm........maybe that was because the event was OVER and she was talking to account holders not the visitors?and i am sure you have at least 1 pve character to use not to mention most people were shunted to non full districts anyway?
she should interrupt the event and get blamed for having to choose between a few more minutes of faction farming and hearing what she was saying?

also the new assassin class will do a main hand attack then an off hand attack and will be based off of doing combo's the off hand can't be done untill the main hand has been done so on. BTW I go have friends at henry cogwells collage one of their teacher is a graphics design guy for anet he was playtesting the sin it rules.

im pretty sure any of the anet people can type in the green or yellow color if they choose.

Perhaps Gg has schizoprenia(sp??), one personality the frog and the other gg, or maybe instead of a "guild" tab on the chat thing she has a "frog" tab and she just talks in there.

It looks more like a bug in the chat more than human error.
I highly doubt, as an Arena Net employee, you'd have to put in a % something or rather to type in yellow text or make your name and text green.

In other words, She actually is saying, due to the difficult chat commands, she accedently used the wrong command and it turned yellow. Gaile is NOT The Frog.
We understand Gaile. Still, we just might get a few laughs about it.

Anet devs can (I presume?) take control of the NPC's in the game, including the frog. Not too sure on that, but I remember seeing stuff about the beta event stuff featuring Gwen turning up in places and saying things hehe.
The devs also have access to free roaming camera mode (see the memories of wintersday video etc,) so probably lots of other things any one of them can control.
