I rarely get rare or good drops but when THIS is not what im seeing as a rare drop...

@Daiken: That's not rare, merely uncommon or enchanted, however you want to put it. Rares have gold text and are called rare by the ingame text.

I saw a similar item and thought 'Sweet, new mods!' But then I've noticed a lot better descriptions on the, errr...descriptions of items (runes for example, especially Absorbtion). I don't think this is anything new, we just used to call it "Improves Casting speed using Air Magic skills (X% Chance)" back in the day.

You get bad drops, o well. So does everyone else if you think that way. If rares dropped every 5 seconds, they wouldn't be rares...
Anyway, it is not based upon luck or whatnot, it is an ALGORITHM. So if you think you have bad luck, it could be that one day you find a perfect weapon/item.

Its funny to see some of the combinations of mods you can get on items. I like the ones with two mods. For example a bow with a fiery bow string and a bow handle +25 health. So you expert salvage it into 10 plankes of wood
