If I delete all my Characters, does storage delete too?

The title pretty much says it. I am deleting my characters and starting fresh. But I have Victos Axe and Dragos Flatbow I want to hang on too. So, anyone have any idea?

safest way (heard about some problems) is to delete them 1-2 at a time and create your new characters before deleting the rest.same results but play it safe

You could of course give it to a Guild member or close friend, or someone you trust, and let them give it back to you once you've made your fresh start.

It shouldn't; storage is tied to the account, so having no characters shouldn't affect it.
Haven't tested it though, you might want to play it safe if you really want those greens.

Just delete three of them while keeping one of them to make sure that the storage doesn't get deleted. Then when you get one of your newly created characters to post, delete your fourth character.

Storage is account based, deleting all your characters won't affect your storage.

Anyway I personally think you should delete all but one, then create a NEW character and post sear it. Then delete the last character.
