Nope...
If it had +5^50 and even 10% recharge chance it would be extremely rare! every +5 energy^50 item i've seen has been just +5^50
except for one which was monk that gave +3^50 and +4 armor
mine is simply max dmg req 9 illusion magic +5enrgy^50%
and i'm not willing to sell for 10-25k sorry.
