Zaishen Elite.....how?

exactly what the title says, how do you get zaishen elite?

Its a quest and it isn't that hard, just make a pvp char and do what it tells you to do.

Defeat 5 different teams in Zaishen challenge. Basically you can do them whatever order and it doesn't have to be consecutive.

The outpost is the one shown in the screenshot with the wrecked ships in a cove. It's definitely one of the coolest places in the game - I idled there when I was bored of faction farming.

Well, I admit using just henchies I was never able to beat more than the IW and Obsidian Spike teams on a regular basis.

But I was curious as to how far anyone was able to get in the Zaishen Elite challenges? And what were the teams like that you faced?

EDIT: Well, after reading through some more pages, I found a thread that said you faced the same builds in the Elite Challenges, they just got harder, and larger. One quote was they faced a team of 8 NPC's using only their team of 4. Impressive.

Zaishen challange can be done with henchies quite easily. Against IWAY, spikers, degenerate and memsers I used a high dam output W/R with frozen soil. Against the monks I used a W/N with enchantment punishing spells. I don't know if it was a glitch, but when I used these spells the monks stopped using balthazars aura. I keeped on attacking the same target untill the they ran out of rez sig. Only the VIM trappers couldnt be beaten with henchies by me. If anyone managed to do this plz share it with us.

i also beat the first 5 teams with hench and my w/mo and i admit to not doing much pvp so some of the team builds were new to me.especialy the iway build as this was my first meeting with it.i found the first 5 to be rather easy with hench but also faltered on the trap team and would also love to know if any 1 managed them with hench.although with regards to the elites i could only beat the degen and illusionary teams with hench and almost the beat the iway.best i have done on the elite is with a trap team but we always seem to get the spikers early on and thats the end.

I can beat any team with henchies if there are only 4 enemies, usually flawless. 5 gives me problems. I don't think I could do more than that with henchies.

I use an earth spiker build; Earthquake/AS

I've only managed to beat ViM Trappers (using henchies) with a Ranger Spiker, though.

with zaishen elite you can just win by trapping :S and stand still its damn easy faction I did the other 5 teams with 2w/r trapper skills and a ritualist and elementalist. it wasn't so hard

I beat the challenge with the pre built A/W but just killing the same NPC over and over.
I thin tried with my Necro and was able to do the same.
This is all with henches by the way.

The way is to kill the same NPC and when its rezed then you kill it again, this way all the other NPCs will use their rez sig and by the third kill it will be down and I was able to go on picking of one after another.

Just kill the same NPC over and over till the rez sigs are used.

i defeated all the challenge teams w/ a ranger and henchies.
the AI is pretty dumb just like the one in regular pve. They rush and rush and rush and don't stop following, and they all cluster together.

Bring nature's renewal for casters, explosive arrows for aoe dmg on vim trappers/smite monks/IW mes, and go trapper for IWAY wars. the hardest one for me as a ranger was IWAY since they kept killing my henchies. but they're pretty dumb and you can kill them all by trapping + degen.

Many of the groups can be trapped to death.. they just aren't too smart. Also make sure you call tgts on the weakest ones.
