Any help is appreciated.

I am considering putting a +20% enchant length and 10/10 sundering mod on it - i will need to purchase the items, so would it be worth the 100k cost? Or should i sell the sword as it is?

Is that all? Shame. I've seen fellblades with 14% going for twice as much with mods of the same level the past few days.

If it had the 20% enchant and 10/10 sundering, could you estimate a price?
