How much is it worth and is -3 10% any good?

I prefer -3 to -2 enc.
I would say 70k+

I think -3 is only available on hexed and not enhanced.
That being said, of course I would also prefer a -2 stance/enhance and -3 hexed shield, which, I've been looking to buy for some time.
So at 70k valuation does that mean -3 (10%) is pretty good? The way I look at it, it translate into a -3 dmg for every 10 hits you take. How does that compare to something like +45 HP in the long run I wonder?

It means you have to take on average 150 hits before it starts getting better than +45 hp. For some reason people like it though (just like sundering and +30hp), so you could probably get atleast 100k for that shield.

Thank you for the accessment. I'm not looking to sell it necessarily just wanted to know that I didn't over pay for it.
I guess -3 (10%) is probably okay in some situations since the only other alternative is -3 hexed which is not up to you (and some hexes are less desirable than others, SS anyone?). I had always hoped that there was some way to self hex to get around this "requirement" but so far I've not seen any. I would think necros should be able to but the few necros I remembered to ask all looked at me funny for wanting to do so.
Nope, necromancer is the only profession I haven't played. Not as a primary anyway!
