an air ele will have little use for the divine favor recharge mod as eles don't have points in DF, and as such i can't imagine any would use any associated skills.
the flipside is that this wand would actually suit a monk quite nicely as it has extra energy and recharge to DF, and a monk is never expected to do dmg with their wand anyway.
having said all that, i wouldn't have a bloody clue on how valuable the DF recharge mod is as i don't play a monk *hangs head in shame* but i would guess this could be worth around 40-60k.
the smart thing to do here would be to disregard everything i've just said, put me on your ignore list and get other opinions from more well-respected pc'ers of the guru community.
