I hear people talking about a frog, but who is it and what does it do? Does it actually speak? Is it the frog in LA?

this should be in Q&A, but yes he's the frog in LA. Recent testimony suggests that the frog is in fact Gaile Gray in another guise.

yes Frog=Gaile. There have been a number of slips since the Frog appeared to indicate that. Which would make sense as she is community relations and I doubt they'd use any old person who walked past. Of course no one in AN would admit this but careful scrutiny of Gaile and chat logs reveals a lot
