Erm, let's see. Low Axe Req, Chaos Axe...+15% Above 50...I say go onto the Auctions and check other Chaos Axes out, I know, again, not much help. But the Req8/Chaos Axe/Above 50% alone is worth a perty piece of gold

I've sold an req 12 15^50 chaos for 250k before, so you will get a lot for this. 600-800k? Wait for other opinions, but you will definitely get a lot.

I think I'm going to have to agree with him. Easily 500k+ plus if you auction it with the right amount of time (say a good few days, if not week.) and all that.
