If i speak in the team speak then it not comes on that list where it has to be.

You mean team chat, you type something and it shows on top of your character's head but not on the team chat and where the other chats show up.
You simply have team chat disabled.
Click on the icon for chatting and make sure that there is a check mark in the team option.

I was just about to ask how he got the game to show in the GUI what he was saying into his mic on TeamSpeak. Or if perhaps he was using an overlay that shows in-game who is speaking within a TeamSpeak session. Either one would be neat!

Very cool... thanks for the link. Any chance this will somehow, for whatever reason, be picked up by ANet's server as a hack? I'd hate to have my account cancelled just for wanting to use a TeamSpeak overlay.

I might send a query to support. But I'm assuming it's like G-Stats or FRAPS, and A.net tolerates its usage. FRAPS uses an overlay, as does GameCam, so I see no problem with a TS/Vent Overlay.

Lishi: that's exactly the problem for some games. Battlefield2, for instance, with its ability to maintain up to date tracked information on each player on ranked servers didn't used to like any sort of manipulation of its code or GUI -- even the TeamSpeak overlay. PunkBuster assumed anything even an overlay was some sort of hack or at the very least an exploit of the UI. I'm trying to avoid these sorts of headaches since the TS Overlay isn't a hack or exploit but might be picked up by ArenaNet as one.
SiliconWafer: Let me know if you send a query over or if you try this yourself. I'd be curious to know if it works out. (FRAPS works just dandy, as you said)
