OK, I know its not max dmg, but what kind of caster cares about wand dmg???

I'd say around 40K as well. There's enough people running around with the +5 energy always Nolani wand that does no damage, so I would bet that many would like this wand even more (whether they are mesmer or not).

i found it from unnerfed chest in Sanctum, also got crystalline from there
