armor+7 vs piercing damage

got this shield form an UW chest, was wondering what is was worth
i know the req is a little high, but this should would be nice for solo spider famring, as with flurry your almost always in a stance. And IIRC the spiders do piercing damage.

10k agreed although many would be put off by req. So maybe auction here with reference to spider farming.
