OMG I have looked everywhere in Wizards Folly and can't frickin find it... haha im gonna go insane

Once u enter wizards folly, just go straight up mountain. There is a little cove to right across from the altar and monk on first hill. You can see it on your minimap.

Once you start up the mountain you will see a monk rez altar on the left and the portal to Foibles Fair is on the right.

As you begin up the mountain just look on your minimap for a warpswirl on the right side of the path, and that is it!

I first found Foible's Fair by entering Wizard's Folly through the catacombs and then dying. When I respawned at the res shrine, Foible's Fair was right behind me. So my advice is enter Wizard's Folly and then die.
