WTB cheap monk offhand

Hi. Im looking for a monk offhand with +12 energy, and req 7, it could be healing, protection, or smiting, but i would prefer healing.

Im a r/mo, and I dont care about the mods, I just need the energy for when im doing uw trapping runs. So Im looking for a cheap offhand, it doesnt have to be fancy. oh, and i dont want one that gives me -1 energy regen.
