I want a perfect gold raven staff, has to be 10/10 or 20/20 on cast and recharge of necro skills only or all skills. must be max damage. must have at least 10 energy (hey, you never know) other mods i do not care about. the req can be either, death, blood, curses or soul reaping and need to be 10 and below.
