uh, stats on the bow? if it's just +5 energy, no one would buy it cuz runners rather use a wand+focus or sword+shield or even a staff would give better bonuses.

i'd say merch it unless its a gold max dmg req7 with +5 energy

Not sure if this bow is max dmg since it was a quest item I believe but there were some ppl looking for this not long ago.
