Price check on 2 long swords, please. One perfect and one not....

Could I please get a PC on these 2 swords?

Sword 1 is a

Furious Long Sword of Defense
Damage 15-22 (req 8 swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
Armor +5
Double adreneline on hit (chance 10%)

Sword 2 is a
Vampiric Long Sword of Fortitude
Damage 15-22 (req 9 swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (while enchanted)
Life stealing: 3
Life Regen: -1
Health +27


On the second sword I do believe I have a spare perfect defense pommel +5, so that one could be perfect as well if buyer prefers that to the fortitude pommel.

1. around 120-130k
2. i think around 30k not too sure, dont put the +5 on it as it wont change its price.
