That seems high, when you consider that you don't even have to farm for one. I can definetely imagine people making a character, doing the quest to get the -50hp, then deleting the character.

it's kinda a pain mission to do, but probally happens now and then... it's for the invisi monk build so it's in high demand... just sold one for 8k a bit ago.
