i would like to see one new elite per attribute line for all classes.
these new elites would be overpowered on purpose.
for balancing reasons they should (since they are overpowered) take up 2 skill slots. forcing the user to bring only 7 skills if they bring 1 of the new elites.
anyone have any thoughts on this?

I'd have to disagree. Chances are that people would come up with builds that revolved only around a 'Super Elite' and maybe one or two other skills, which I'm sure would spawn many stupid, cheap gimick builds that have far too much sway over the course of a battle. If you have a truely overpowered skill, 1 skill slot is hardly enough of a penalty to make up for it.

agreed... although you can balance them agaisnt each other, very powerful builds will emerge even with it taking up 2 slots creating unfair advantages in some parts of the game.

One I know of is Flesh Golem (Not sure on name), an elite summon for Necromancers.
