help w/ pics

i posted along time ago about this, but no one seemed to help, so now i cal out in desperation!
When ever i take pics of lets say an item, and i hit print screen, no other keys at all. I go into guildwars pics, to post my item on the site, and no pic of the items turns up, but my char and the enviornment are there. It clears the item screen, map, compass, and all that good junk.

if anyone has anyideas on how i can fix this annoying problem, please help.

never seen this happen.. but you can try going into windows paint and click paste after taking the screen- see what u get

are you sure you're not holding shift? it could be one of the options you have set. try checking your options in gw.

press alt-printscreen

im not holding any keys down, and i cant get the pic of the item to show up in the print screen...ty for help btw
