To mod or not to mod this storm bow

Is it worth modding it further to increase value more than the cost of the mods? and if so, what mods should be added? As a final question I was also wondering about the price now and with the mods to consider doing so or not.

only think i would do to up the price is probably add a +30 health so its a "perfect" weapon but other then that i wouldnt do a thing to it
dont even ask me about a PC because i SUCK at them.....

i highly recommend selling as is and aim for 350-400k. i had trouble unloading one of those with 10/10 sundering & +30hp even tho i was selling for as low as 450k.

any1 backing up either point of view, and is it really 350-400kish range, would've expect4ed a lot less actually (100-200kish)

req 9 15^50 storm bows with perfect mods were selling for ~700-800k about 3-4 months ago. that has steadily decreased over the months and you won't get anything close to that now.
