Anyone else getting REALLY bad laggy responses from this forum? I've hit Quick Replies and tried to make new threads and try to simply read through and then I'll get timed out. And anytime I try to view the site after that, it's like it disappeared. Then, at some random point, hours later... things are back up... only to have it go back down in moments. I'll be surprised if this post even makes it past my clicking on "Submit New Thread." I've lost about four or five replies due to this.
This happening to anyone else?

I'm getting "page not found" errors when I submit a sell item too. Both in IE and in Netscape. This just started happening after the server move.

Since i cant search or make a new thread without "getting page cannot be found" can some1 please help me thats able to search, 2-3 days ago i found a thread that had pictures of all the armors from 1.5k and onwards for both male and female, im going to buy some 15k armor and i would like to compare side by side which one i would prefer, if any1 can find me this thread it would be appreciated. I think it was a picture from gwonline.net. Just pm me or post here if possible.

Seems ok speed wise...my "time" is off though. I checked it and it says EST time which is correct, however it keeps saying I was last on at 8:38 pm yesterday and it is 11:20 pm today.

Time is out of whack for me as well, seems too be 2 hrs ahead. Help..... Idont want to convert fully to GWO but the choice is being made for me by the constant source of frustration coming to GWG is.

Um, guys, patience please We're not being lazy about it, at least kzap and Inde aren't--they're doing everything they can under an enormous amount of pressure. We know there's issues, and we're reading every comment here. Chances are, if we knew what the issue was, it would have been solved by now, and we wouldn't be posting here with the report on what was causing the problem.
We will update on what goes on, we won't ignore anyone. No need to get belligerent about it

looks like a lot more people are able to connect now, seems dns updated in lots of places. there seems to be some mysql problems and apache settings, its all needs to be tweaked to take on the load thats all, we had no way to test this many users on the new server so we work it as we go.

Can't post in the Price Check forums. Type in the post, hit the submit button, and it makes a pretense of doing something then stops short and decides it's done (without doing anything). Same deal if I try to preview the post, rather than submit it.
Haven't had trouble posting anywhere else.

Ok for those who cant post in the PC fourm it seems to be a problem with Firefox i just tried posting with bothe FF and Internet Explorer and its working Fine with Explorer. Give it a shot )

It's working alright for me. Might have been a server hiccup or something that's now been corrected.

I checked the PC forum last night and also found it to be working just fine, I'm not using FireFox, though. I can only assume it's not a global problem, however?

A little bit of a delay this evening. However, there was close to 1400 people online. So it is acceptable. Wonder what the record for the most online. There use to be a indicator that told us that on the bottom of the main forum page. It was back in May of 05 that the "record" was set. I think it use to be around 1600 people.

(In bold Print) I have tried refreshing the page...re-reading the thread...even closing out the browser and going back into the Guru. Not a big deal...just thought I would pass this info along... |
