If i were you id try to exp. salv the +30 sword upgrade and the sundering hammer haft, and try to sell those. the sword pommel could go for up to 50k, the hammer upgrade maybe 15k

Sell the sword for 25K for the gamble of salvaging the perfect fortitude mod.

Hammer is gonna be hard to sell, so try and salvage the mod. The 10/10 sundering is going for about 10K nowadays.
