Official farming programming

Ok if people dont believe in anti-farming code....i decided to take this screen shot. If everyone already knows of this...then sorry to waste your time
Savio
Yep, we already know about it, and it only happens when you kill a few monsters of a map, rezone, and do it repeatedly. People who clear the whole map or who switch maps don't get that warning.
Malice Black
never seen that warning and never will..farming is dull
Shiro Shiverblade
Never seen that before but I'll remember this.
Tarkin
I see that before, funny, because i was doing a run to my guild mates, we enter in some area and all them stay behind killing some foes, i still running and this message pop up, the ranger of party say that he was farming that area before we come... funny...
SirJackassIII
I've had that. Ironically, I was farming for collector's armour at the time because Droknar's armour was too expensive for me at the time...

I can't see the screenie, but if it's the "If you kill the same stuff over and over drops will decrease" thing, it's not 'anti-farming programming', it's a help screen explaining the fact that if you kill & rezone over and over drops will dry up.
If you disable hints in options you'll never see this.

First off, my intent on this is to get the feedback from someone from NCSoft to clarify exactly what this means.
That being said, here is my concern:
I've completed every singe quest, mission, and bonus in the game (including all Titan quests) with 3 of my characters. There is nothing new for me to do. I like to 'collect' things, and I am trying to find every single green (there are 71 of them, I've found 34 of) in Sorrow's Forge.
I have no doubt that anti-farming programming is seriously hurting my oro/fa farming runs. I understand the intent of this, but I'm not very sure it's well thought-out.
I don't want to 'get rich', as I don't plan on selling anything, other than to get other things I want. As in, I'll never go sell this stuff for real money, and I don't want to just stockpile 1000 plat and 500 ectos. I just like the idea of having every green so that in future updates, I can adapt fast.
So, could someone explain exactly what anti-farming programming is?
-does this mean if I hit SF twenty times with my necro, that my monk has worse drops too?
-is there a way to reset SF, where I go do other stuff for a while then come back and it's like I've never been there regarding drops?
-is this tied to experience, where there's no way to reset it?
-is substituting farming one area for another when one dries out really fixing anything (not that anything was broken to begin with)?
This isn't whining, I'm just trying to understand the mechanics of this, and the reasoning.

If there's nothing new to do... play another game. How hard is that? They can't nerf your game selection o.o;

Considering the time it takes to clear SF of all the bosses during a quest like orozar or doing SF without a quest, somehow I doubt you could ever run into this hint doing it.

Just because you don't get the anti-farm message pop up doesnt mean it isnt in effect
A couple runs per area and the drops get nuked even in large areas. Most hardcore farmers farm 1-2 runs per area and move to another area so this doesnt occur.
My personal opinion is that anet has cranked up the anti-farm since it was first implemented. They nuked tengu's, griffons, trolls, basically anything you run repeatedly......you think they havent nuked ettins just because you zone in and out at 2 different map points? I highly doubt that is the case considering there's 100's if not 1000's of threads over the multiple fansites on each farming area and ettins are the most popular atm.

I make SF 2 times at day or 3... i see that sometimes i get 2, 3 or 4 greens in a row... but sometimes i kill 10 12 bosses and nothing...
Last days i make furnace 1 time by day... and have much luck... 4 greens from 3 bosses more 2 from one boss... nice stuff drop... 4, 5 itens drops froms bosses... today i make a very nice first try... and later... 2 runs 2 greens, and bosses drop 3 trash, 2 or only money...
And i can see that first try of day is always better... i remember... my other trys... the first is always the best...

The code detects whether you zone in and out of a single area over and over, it doesn't detect if you follow a larger route. Obviously this won't work for sorrows furnace unless you leave and run out to snake dance before you return.
