How exactly do the elemental armor bonuses work for the armor sets? If I wear a piece from each set, do I gain +15% against all those elements? Do I get nothing at all unless I complete the set, or do I just get the +15% for that particular piece?

I am almost sure it's the last one, but I want to make sure.

You get +15 AL for that particular piece. Unlike other armors the elementalist ones work correctly.
