"Hexing" Mods

Okay, we have longer enchant mods already, we have people bellyaching about the Lieutenant's Helm... Why not add "hexing" mods for weapons, just like "enchanting" mods? 10% to 20% longer duration on hexes cast by the user. My two cents, add 3 more and you can buy a peppermint...

Been suggested a few times I think.

I dunno, as I've said before, I'd only want this implemented if they also had a quick recovery from hex mod.

oh i hope it'll be added.

and i think it'll be a good itea to add offhhands for casters with +AR +hp in stance mods. f/ex how exactly my ne/mes with mantra of resolve and curses build is supposed to benefit from +5AR +45hp from enchanted offhand i can get from collector or weaponsmith in droks? she's using rare offhand with +5AL^50 and recharge bonuses, but i had to spend HUGE amount of time in la1 be4 i was able to find 1 and buy it faster than any1 else same goes for my mes/ne.... alot of casters are using stances and rarely have enchants on them. it'll be nice to add item designed for such builds.
