Screen Problem

ok when i play ill in some places get lag, and the screen will start to well i should say the colors the game go in a white to lag then i have to log off from task manger and it making me mad so can someone tell me what to do . And i heard from a other forum about the virus scan its disable so thats not it.

what is your video card?

I had that problem at specific times yesterday. I reported them as bugs. (freeze-ups, lags and white-outs) In between everything worked fine and today it is great.

ok well how do you report the bug i just got lagged real bad and my srceen went black and i had to restart my computer. And my video card is a FX GeforceFX 5200 8x,4x

and i lowered the setting so i know its not that.

I had something wierd happen to me... I was walking along, and suddenly the ground lost it's texture. Only the ground. It's like it had suddenly snowed or something, but the trees and tall grass were still green. I altered the video mode and back again, and that made it go away, but it was strange. ^_^

Oh, it al;so lagged for me when it did that, but not so bad I couldn't do anything.

did you follow the GW site instructions for the 5200 and up fx video cards ?

report a bug by typing /bug and a short comment press enter and a report will go in with all the info as to where it is

can you plz give me the link to where it says where about uping my video card.
