Some folks have four PvE characters, and in their situation I wouldn't want to delete a character so I could redo a quest to save a few plat. Easier to farm a little extra and buy one.

Were you high, drunk or partly passed out when writing that? I think the buyer that writes "WTB -50hp grim cesta" knows what the cesta does, i think he knows how to get it, and I think he knows that he will save time farming some plats insted of deleting a char and doing the quest. Noone gets ripped of when buying this item, cause if you dont know what this item is good for, you sure as hell dont want -50 in health just for kicks.
