halves recharge of blood magic spells 19%

Holy Rod
11-22 req 13(!) div favor
energy +5 while enchanted
halves recharge of smiting spells 19%

Doubt the rod is worth anything due to its high req but you never know!

truncheon is decent, i'd say like 3-5k
holy rod is decent, same price range
