I believe both the Storm Bow and the Feathered Longbow have similar range as well as rate of fire. Though the former is a more popular skin, feathered seems to be picking up interest. My guess is 100-150K for a requirement 10.

If you intend to sell it, don't bother improving on the mods. A person who wants and can afford a feathered longbow will have the means to improve it him/herself.

While I find Storm Bows to be cool looking, I prefer the classical feathered bow - thus my higher evaluation of the bow. Furthermore, while there were only two requests on price checks for perfect feathered bows, there were at least four for perfect Storms... However, whether you're selling a perfect Storm, Mursaat, Feathered, Flesh or any of the other popular skins, finding a buyer who can afford a price range above 100K is never easy.

Those that can afford it are generally players who have managed to accumulate a huge amount of wealth from running or farming and sales; but then, they have probably found what they need or at least, something similar to it.

Those that want to buy such skins are in my opinion new players who want to look cool (especially with the Storm) but can't afford them. Thus, for example, out of ten perfect Storms put on auction at a b/o rate of >100K, there might only be two buyers.

In my opinion, a starting bid of 40-50K and a buy-out of 100K is perfect for any of the popular skins if you're truly eager to sell. Anything higher than that and you'll have to prepare for a long wait. As for my pricing of the feathered (req. 10), it remains at around 100-150K while I would now rate Storms at 75-100K due to over-farming and the sudden increase in the numbers of 13, 14 and 15^50s popping up on the site.

Finally, what I have written above is just a personal opinion from having studied the auction site as well as the sales of items in-game.

40k if you can ever sell it. I have had a req 11 one with 20% enchantments and the most I could get for it was 25k so I just gave it to a guildie.
