considering this is the guy that was asking about the unid req 8, id it to a 13% while enchanted with 2/-1 vamp mod on it and now he has a req 8 with 15>50 with 2/-1. I wonder how long it took him to do that shitty photoshop job to change the mod=?

It's fake. The % symbol is really choppy and like stated before, the D on Damage doesn't line up with the other mods.

my standing offer on the others of 19 million has yet to be topped, untill it is, i will not go higher.
