Help on finding elite skill Amity.

Im wondering if anyone can list the boss mobs they have seen that use elite skill Amity, so i can capture it

The only Boss ive heard of is in Perdition rock. but after countless searchs ive never seen him spawn.

The boss listed on that link.. Does not seem too spawn.

The latest patch seems to have removed all elite skills from before the Crystal Desert area so Amity will probably need to be refound. But when it is, that'll be the place to look for it.
