Ok. The only quest that I have now is to find the gift for Althea. I have given the beautiful feather & the beautiful pearl. I can't find anything else. Can someone help me out with this? All help is appreciated!!

if you go up from that npc (forgive me for i forgot his name) there's a road going to a little hill. climb that to the top and you'll eventually find a chest with a "beautiful pendant" which will complete the quest

I think that this might have broken at first because I didnt see the chest up there either when I first tried.

well make sure you go all the way up, and that the quest is highlighted (never hurts to be sure)
the beautiful pendant will be in a chest, not a hidden stash
