salvage for the +5, not really worth much, the "under 50%" isnt wanted by anyone, it's not max damage, and you'd have to state the req. You might sell for 1k if your lucky, probarly less

agreed the below 50 makes it worthless. then on top of that hamers arent really a favorite weapon of choice. Few players use them. Salvage for the mod and see what you can get out of it.
