PC on 2 max dmg stormbows

I've recently dropped 2 stormbows and i'd really be grateful if you could give an estimation on these

Stormbow #1
Max dmg , Req 8
Dmg +15% while hexed
Zealous
Marksmanship +1 (19%chance)


Stormbow #2
Max dmg, Req 11
Dmg +15% always
Energy -5
Zealous
Armor +5 vs all kind of dmg

Shadow bow :
Max dmg, Req 8
Dmg +11% when Hp > 50%
(vampiric +2 but that will not count)
