Gold Magmas Shield Arm 16

Got this on my last trip through Hell's Precipice.

Armor 16 req 13 Strength
Received damage -2 while enchanted

Now I realize that req 13 pretty much relegates most items to the junk pile, and had this been a Tactics shield I would call it that. But since it's a Strength shield, does it fall into the junk category?

I checked the other finished Magmas Shield auctions and found one with the exact same stats, except it was req 13, that sold for 55k.

Pretty much junk. I think you could get 5K for it.
