Pet Spider from Underworld?

Does anyone know where to find the spider from the underworld that can be charmed into a pet?

Also, does anyone offer a service in helping someone like me to obtain one?

use the search button, realy, this topic has been beaten to death and there are several ppl offering a spider charming service (go look in services under ventari's sell)
