small triangles on skill bar

I've just noticed small triangles on some of my skills, and skill list (K)...what does it mean ?

January 19th game update:

"Skill icons for Enchantment and Hex spells are now displayed with a small marker in their upper-right corner."

Yellow up means it's an enhancement spell, purple arrow down means it's a hex spell.

Something that they implemented on the free-PvP weekend patch not long ago.

edit: duh, beat by few seconds :d
