Hello All,

I don't have a pic but the specs are:

+12 energy (req. 9 protection prayers)
1/2 cast time of spell (+19% chance)

Any Idea what its worth?

Since there's a collector's monk focus that gives both a 20% chance of reducing casting time and skill recharge, this doesn't have a whole lot of value. Maybe 2K.
