Ok...I think its a staff (im at college and don't remember quite well so asap i'll correct any mistake...)

10-20 Damage
+10 Energy
+4 Energy (mod)
Halves (casting or recharging dunno for sure) 8%
Death Magic +1 (20%)


I know there are many certains missing here but i just want to have an approximate price of what it might worth.

EDIT: Ok...i forgot the base bonus +10 energy

If the death magic 20% is a staff wrapping or head , salvage for it and sell it for ALOT of cash (probably 75k+ atleast)
Otherwise ,1 mod staffs are merchant food.
