I'm not sure bout the price but don't expect too much since it's 17 instead of 20% and is Lightning dmg pretty useless for most people which mean they have to mod the weapon themselves with Zealous/Vampiric/furious/sundering/ which can cost up to 50K.
I would say 50-80K for your axe

To help you out about making your own price checks here are some (easy) things you should take a look at:

Off course if its max dmg/Golden/15>50/perfect mods
The requirment (7 or 8)
And the skin of the Axe. Many (newb) ppl sell their chaos axes for crazy prices like 200K. Thats ok if its a perfect one but the Chaos axe gets dropped alot in FoW.
Skins like Sickle/Serpent/Sephis/Dwarven axes are A lot of money worth. The List of which axe is the most rarest is changing every day since they alrdy have a Victo's battle axe (----) The value of the sickle dropped (a little bit)
The same with the swords.
You will find ppl selling perfect weapons like Gladius (sword), War Axe (axe) and War hammer (hammer) for a lot less then "Not even near perfect" Crystalines, Fellblades (sword), Serpent/sickle/dwarven/sephis (axe) and Mursaat, Twin Hammers (hammer). Those are the main things (i think) you need to know about: How do i make a Pc on my weapons.

10K maybe. 15 Below 50 isn't worth too much IMO.

Sry i read it wrong i thought it said 15 above 50... Sry for that... Btw is 20 the max below 50 which make this axe no more then 5-10k...

Who want their health below 50%.. you get healed the right...? so what's the point....

This definitely belongs in the price check forum, which I frequent very often.

The axe as is is worth less than 5K, because of the undersireable modifier.
