Simple question. Where are all these crystalline swords and fellblades people are selling for 100s of k's?
I have NEVER even seen one drop, not even a non perfect one. Only crystalline sword I ever seen was one from a pre-searing quest...
Anyone know where these suckers are?

They can pretty much drop anywhere in the high level areas. Most likely in the Shiverpeaks area. I have seen many fellblades drop but have only seen one crystaline drop in the past 8 months.

hella rare.. i did a ton of chestfarming in the shiverpeaks and a gold max fellblade dropped.. 13 swordminship requirement.. but 1 off near perfect mods.

fellblades seem to be very common in the new UW/ tombs area. I got a few gold ones and alot of max white ones.

i find fellbaldes fairly common in the south shiverpeak area. Also.. as far as i know you can only get crytallines in the UW apart from the odd few which i have seen drop in the FoW.
As far as fellblades are concerned, you can get them dropping from the desert onwards.

Crystalline swords can drop from the Hall of Heroes chest as golds. I've never seen or heard of them drop off of monsters. Chests such as those in the underworld after completing quests can provide purple crystalline swords. Locked chests can never hold crystalline swords, if I remember correctly.

No one has mentioned the fire isles, both drop out there as well. Lots of fell blades actually, I have gotten a couple purples out there, I have a gold customized that a smite dropped in UW.

I had a perfect req. 13 fellblade fall from a Tundra Giant in the Iron Mines Mission.
I've seen a purple crystalline sword drop for a guy out of a chest in Aurora Glade Mission (back when chests didn't require keys) so anything is possible I guess.
PS. Star Gazer, if you think it's all about greed, then maybe you should be playing something else since last I heard, this game was about skills and team play :/

if u dont have the money to farm FoW a crap load of times, Crystaline swords drop on the droks route. more towards the end. but again they are very rare.

they drop from lost strongboxes, hoh chests, and fow/uw unlocked chests. not monsters.
fellblades can fall off many things after ascesion. I got a 15% stance one off of mountain trolls.

What are stats on fellblades with req 8,9,and 10, damage-wise(also the other stats, looking into one for my warrior)?

Star Gazer... please remember this is GAME. The little coins appearing on your screen are COMPUTER GENERATED. A greedy person in this game is very very sad and will of course in many ways ruin it for other normal players of the GAME.

i once got a purple 14-21 dmg +11%>50% crystalline drop from a chest outside of port sledge, but that was before they nerfed the chests and they r all random spawns now

i'm sorry to sound like a rude SOB but damn peoples.. this sword is still the "Flavor of the Month"? Damn ever since the game is released, peoples been getting crystaline swords, is it that rare? I know its rare but honestly, how much different from a perfectly modded crystaline sword compared to a perfectly modded long sword, short sword or others?
Oh wait, the look of the sword is what make it so rare and this sucker is hard to get in the first place. I guarantee you when chapter 2 is release, there be a weapon that is rare to get and 10 times better than crystalline sword is. The only place that i know ive ever see na crystaline drop was in the chest for winning halls. One of the times we won i got a req 9 purple one that i sold to help get my monks fissure armor, other than that i have never seen one drop from a monster and/or fow/uw chests.

As far as i know.. your best chance of getting a crystalline is from HoH chest when u win BUT no matter what others say u can get them from key chests in the UW (i have seen screens of them being found in FoW chests too). I am certain that u can from Phantom UW chests as thats where i got mine.

, in fact Im almost certain you will love it. For anyone to attach such signifigance to pixels arranged in order on a monitor stupifies me to the point of laughter. Infact I cannot bring myself to garner another thought on the subject. You do not need a crystalline sword, the chances of you getting one you can actually use are so freaking tiny, you should just go play the lottery, and then when you win, you can hook up with the aformentioned.

Oke guys, the Dreadnaught's Drift Farming worked for me VERY good !! If people are gonna say that i spoil a secret, they are stupid cause this has been out for a month now ! I am gonna post a couple of pictures here, were you can see PROOF that its real and no fake stupid lame ass junk !

Of excitment ( cause these were my first ones ) i always picked them up in a eye-blink up and then made the screenshot, and because i mostly died at that chest because my spellbreaker ends then, and the heretic will shatter my ass
Here is youre BIG proof of crystalline finding spot, BUT let me tell you guys one thing, i farmed this spot for 8/9 HOURS a day ( no kidding ), 90% of the time you get blue and white junk, but the other 10% .... well the pictures speak for themselves

in both of the Lost Strongboxes, u can find gold ANYTHING. That includes crystallines, dwarverns and serpents etc... 8 or 9 hours a day for a gold crys is a big achievment Arcanus.. some try longer than that and never find anything good. No one can deny that they can produce soem good stuff.. but u need to spend a lifetime to get it. (not literally... maybe half a lifetime)

Yeah true, i have a BIG feeling that drop also has 2 do with youre Personal Charaters XP, Witch in my Eyes is kinda Logicall to, i have over 9KK xp on that monk and always get lucky in drops ... i tried this run for 4 days with my warrior ( 5K xp ) and got nothing, and some people say you need favor, but i dont agree on that cause i got almost every good drop when europe or korea has favor, and i can do this chest run with 60dp, and i make it from beginning till chest in 3 minutes always, so you can count for yourself how many runs in do in 8/9 hours! And yet still i agree on the fact i am lucky in it ! But still the Topic starter wanted 2 know were a higher drop-rate is, and my answer is the chest run i do, but it takes patience and luck!
