Fellblade and crystalline sword locations?

Simple question. Where are all these crystalline swords and fellblades people are selling for 100s of k's?

I have NEVER even seen one drop, not even a non perfect one. Only crystalline sword I ever seen was one from a pre-searing quest...

Anyone know where these suckers are?

They can pretty much drop anywhere in the high level areas. Most likely in the Shiverpeaks area. I have seen many fellblades drop but have only seen one crystaline drop in the past 8 months.

hella rare.. i did a ton of chestfarming in the shiverpeaks and a gold max fellblade dropped.. 13 swordminship requirement.. but 1 off near perfect mods.

fellblades seem to be very common in the new UW/ tombs area. I got a few gold ones and alot of max white ones.

i find fellbaldes fairly common in the south shiverpeak area. Also.. as far as i know you can only get crytallines in the UW apart from the odd few which i have seen drop in the FoW.
As far as fellblades are concerned, you can get them dropping from the desert onwards.

...you are dead wrong. And sorry, not to be rude or anything, but I will not tell you where they drop. A friend of mine just sold his on Guru's auction system for 360k, and I have one that I am trying to mod up to sell. Sorry man, but its all about the greed. I have had 3 drop for me so far, and my friend and I have had them drop from the very same area...his dropped 5 days before mine :P

Crystalline swords can drop from the Hall of Heroes chest as golds. I've never seen or heard of them drop off of monsters. Chests such as those in the underworld after completing quests can provide purple crystalline swords. Locked chests can never hold crystalline swords, if I remember correctly.

No one has mentioned the fire isles, both drop out there as well. Lots of fell blades actually, I have gotten a couple purples out there, I have a gold customized that a smite dropped in UW.

I had a perfect req. 13 fellblade fall from a Tundra Giant in the Iron Mines Mission.
I've seen a purple crystalline sword drop for a guy out of a chest in Aurora Glade Mission (back when chests didn't require keys) so anything is possible I guess.

PS. Star Gazer, if you think it's all about greed, then maybe you should be playing something else since last I heard, this game was about skills and team play :/

if u dont have the money to farm FoW a crap load of times, Crystaline swords drop on the droks route. more towards the end. but again they are very rare.

No-one is willing to say where Crystallines 'drop', if indeed they do. I'm happy to believe you only get them from Hall of Heroes, or possibly the old 'Mary Poppins' chest in Dreadnought's Drift; because in all my dedicated GW time I have never seen a monster excrete one.

Tons and Tons of fellblades in Sorrows Furnace, i saw a gold req 7 one drop...honestly

crystallines dont drop, and they do drop from the chest that dont req keys in uw
also "poppins" drop everyitem in game *hint hint* srry to spoil this secret

I was actually wondering the history behind the chest, as it's not everyday that I run into something called "the Mary Poppins chest." It's location, though, would be nice, once I know more about it.

they drop from lost strongboxes, hoh chests, and fow/uw unlocked chests. not monsters.
fellblades can fall off many things after ascesion. I got a 15% stance one off of mountain trolls.
