The weapon is worthless. I am afraid the only person who would purchase it is the merchant. Unless you want to salvage the +29 hp mod and maybe try for 5k

definitely expert salvage it and if you get the +29 mod it's worth a decent amount. if you get something else (iron/icy), u don't lose anything.
