You cannot put a minor vigor on any shield. The +30 always health is just another type of health mod for shield like +xx while enchanted or +xx while hexed etc. Shield are unmodable but you can dye them pretty colors From what I have gathered yours is a plain magmas maybe worth 1k or so.
