Need price check on this bow (gold):

Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (req. 9 Marksmanship)
Dmg +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Armor +6 (vs. elemental attacks)
Lengthens Poison duration on foes by 33%

Is it a feathered longbow because if so 50k? Bows are hard to sell and i have had trouble selling many perfect bows so i sell mine for less than price checks. If not feathered then maybe 30k.
