You can get a level 1 to anywhere except the desert and the ring of fire.

actually I saw a Lvl 3 w/mo at Ring of Fire last week. So it is possible to get up there. Dont see the reason personally but yeah make your char cross the wall have someone run you to droks then to all the mission sites then run to barge outside ember light. All you have to do is die right off in missions. Die or hold back on quest to get to ring of fire

Lvl 3 yes, but not lvl 1 which was under discussion.

It actually takes more time to get a level 14 to Sanctum Cay than a level 2...
