I'm not sure exactly why PCs on shields like this have dropped. "Victo's Bulwark" is an easy (but irrelevant answer).

Before the new greens hit, this shield would've sold for 300-350k without you having to break a sweat.

...but since there's a shield out there with a different skin and very different stats, the price on this one has apparently dropped...
